ELEVFLOOR® is Oddicini’s range of raised indoor floors, designed to create flexible environments while providing easy access to and maintenance of infrastructure wiring systems—all without compromising on aesthetics.
Designed and manufactured for versatility, it adapts to a wide range of settings. It offers customised solutions and a variety of finishing materials including ceramic, parquet, self-laying floors, vinyl, linoleum, rubber and laminates.
ELEVFLOOR® combines the quality and performance of premium materials with the requirements of technical flooring, delivering a perfect blend of functionality, flexibility, and elegant design backed by Oddicini’s guarantee of quality.
Acoustics
The surface finish of the panels plays a crucial role in determining the acoustic performance of the floor. Acoustic performance improves as the panel’s density and thickness increases.
Antistatic properties
Most floor coverings available on the market offer adequate antistatic properties, as do the cores of the panels. Oddicini plays close attention to the specific requirements of its products: when conductive or static-dissipative floors are needed, all floor components are designed to ensure compatible electrical resistance values.
The composition of ELEVFLOOR®
ELEVFLOOR® modular panels, measuring 600 x 600 mm, are made up of three elements:
• The core is available in two materials – wood conglomerate or calcium sulphate;
• The upper covering is made of a wide range of materials and finishes that combine functionality and aesthetics;
• The perimeter edge is made of self-extinguishing, non-skid plastic material. Applied on all 4 sides, it provides greater impact resistance and insulation.
When required, a lower covering can be added using materials that further improve the product’s performance.
The ELEVFLOOR® raised floors are completed by two structural systems: the EC structure and the 8/40G structure, both made of galvanised steel for indoor use.
These structures can be combined with cross-pieces that reinforce and stabilise the structure, offering the possibility to create various configurations that overcome the constraints imposed by ventilation ducts and other infrastructure requirements. The possible combinations are extremely varied, with heights ranging from as low as 2 cm to over 1 m.
